There is alot of different species of bees. Some can be endangered or some could be honey bees (which in this case you will need to call a beekeeper.) The most concerning bee is the carpenter bee. This is another Wood Destroying Insect. This carpenter bee creates about a 1/2 hole in wood an burrows with the grain of the wood where the female provisions the nest to lay her eggs inside the wood. They can cause alot of damage to the structures of buildings and homes. It is very important to have a Wood Destroying Insect Report also know as a NPMA-33 done at time of sale so new homeowners will be aware of any Wood Destroying Insects.
